Welcome to Cephalo Hypnosis, my name is Lia Nees. I'm an NGH Certified Hypnotist, based out of San Diego, California.
Through experimenting with different techniques to advance my mindset, gain clarity, and live the life I wanted to live, I came across hypnosis. I found the practice of hypnosis to be the most efficient, user-friendly, and powerful tool to achieve my goals.
